Quality, reliable and hardworking staff are getting harder and harder to find.
Ground level staff are what help make the world go around and are sorely undervalued.
We have been under the pump the last few months chasing apprentices and trainees, now we are on the hunt for you. The hardworking, reliable salt of the earth type of person.
We have roles currently going and coming up in the near future in all sorts of areas, so that means we want to meet you.
So, what are we looking for?
- We need Process Workers that love the idea of working in a team to achieve a common goal.
- General Construction Labourers the Hi-Vis warriors of the world.
- The Warehousing team that want to do more than just sit on a forklift all day.
- The Truck Drivers that want and need a change up, those guys that are too skilled at the wheel to be just driving up the Hume Highway all week. .

The guys and girls like yourself are the ones that are currently helping keep businesses running, with the current labour shortage you are a hot commodity. You’re doing the hard work whilst the tradies and managers take all the praise.
