- Employee engagement: Contribute to wellbeing initiatives,

internal communications, and cultural activities.

- Compliance & documentation: Assist with maintaining accurate records, HR process documents, and audit‑ready documentation.

To be considered, you’ll ideally bring

- Strong interest in developing a career in HR - whether generalist or specialist (e.g., recruitment, learning and development, or HR operations)

- Interest in HR Operations in construction projects and willingness to in the future mobilise for a project for site project experience as part of early career development.

- High attention to detail, strong written communication skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

- Confident with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with HRIS, SharePoint or survey tools is advantageous.

- A proactive, people‑focused mindset with the ability to build positive working relationships.

- Availability: Full‑time during the June/July 2026 break, then 2 days/week during semester (flexible around assessments/exams).

- Current Australian work rights.

What we offer

- Practical, mentored experience in a fast‑paced HR team supporting both corporate and project environments.
