Tasks:

- Engineering / Technical Support:

- Involve in day-to-day jobs technical support to the service technicians

- Parts and components identification, sourcing, datasheets finding and understanding

- Hydraulic systems applications understanding, research and development of new technologies





- Projects coordination

- Engineering reporting

- Support the Service Division Manager in jobs coordination

- Internal Sales Support:

- Parts identification, sourcing and providing quotation to customer

- Purchasing and goods receiving / allocation

- Conducting phone sales when opportunity arises

- Conducting customer service / follow up calls when chance arises

- Phone answering and customer relations communication (emails, etc.)

- New business ideas and new products development
