About PLAY Your Part

We're excited to open the doors to Havas PLAY and are offering you the opportunity to join our paid internship program, starting March 2026. This is a real, paid role (not just coffee runs, coursework credit or shadowing).

Are you looking to bring culture, creativity, and community into everything you do? If you love social, content, community and culture - and want to work where brands play meaningfully - you might just be who we’re looking for!

Our program is designed to break the barriers and open wide the doors to our advertising and creative industry. Have you always been intrigued by what an agency does? Or are you totally obsessed with the latest social trends and want to turn this into your next job? This is your call to apply!

What to expect

Across 6 months, you’ll be crafting your skills in a real-life job experience, working alongside our teams in Social, Content, Advocacy (and more) to learn everything you need to know about social, content, influencer and creative. You will receive mentorship and structured training, as well as exposure to cross-agency collaboration.

A typical week combines content creation and social support, community management, team stand-ups and brainstorms, project work with the social and advocacy teams, mentorship sessions, and learning blocks as part of the program.

KEY DATES

Application open on 11th December 2025 and close on Saturday 31 January 2026, at 23:59pm.

If you're shortlisted for an interview, you will be notified by Thursday 5 February 2026. The interview process will take place in our Melbourne or Sydney office the following week.

Successful candidates will be informed by Friday 13 February 2026 for a start on Tuesday 3 March 2026.

Due to the high volume of applications expected, we will not be able to provide individual updates regarding the status of your application. If you have not been notified by Thursday 5 February 2026, unfortunately you have not been shortlisted on this occasion.
