We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our IT Support Analyst Internship Program. This structured internship is designed for students, graduates, and aspiring IT professionals who want to gain practical experience in IT support, service management, troubleshooting, and technical assistance within professional workplace environments.
Participants will develop hands-on skills in hardware and software support, incident management, remote troubleshooting, IT service processes, and end-user support while working on practical assignments under experienced mentors. The program is designed to prepare participants for entry-level IT support careers.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and IT-related issues.
- Assist users with troubleshooting desktop, laptop, and peripheral device problems.
- Support installation, configuration, and maintenance of operating systems and software applications.
- Log, monitor, and resolve support requests using IT service management processes.
- Assist with user account setup, password resets, and access management.
- Perform basic network connectivity and printer troubleshooting.
- Document incidents, resolutions, and technical procedures accurately.
- Work with mentors and technical teams on IT support projects.
- Follow IT security policies, service standards, and data confidentiality requirements.
- Continuously improve technical knowledge through structured learning and practical experience.
Requirements
- Strong interest in Information Technology and Technical Support.
- Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Understanding of computer hardware and software fundamentals.
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi).
- Valuable troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to document technical issues clearly and accurately.
- Willingness to learn IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and industry best practices.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive learning mindset.
