Tasks:
To Lead and empower project performance through carefully Planning, Executing, Monitoring, Controlling, the activities on site under as the Project Engineer collaborating with the project team under the direction of the Project Manager. Supporting the individuals within the team (Pluim and subcontracted team) to deliver to time, to quality and âthe Pluim wayâ.
Support the Project Engineer executing all actions, tasks and outcomes required of the PMO Processes, including but not limited to roles assigned by the:
- Cost Control Procedure
- Quality Control Procedure
- Handover and closeout procedure
Typically, this shall or require you to (subject to change of the procedure) and aligned with the assigned by the Project Engineer:
- Administer contract documentation
- Emails
- Manage electronic filing
- Tender Document Control
- Manage RFIâs
- Manage Shop Drawing Review
- Assist Project Managers with scopes and variations
- Update Variation register
- Site visits when required
- Liaise with Contractors and Consultants
- Cost Management
- Ensure allocations to cost codes
- Administer back charges between trades
- Quality Control documentation
- Coordinate and administer the Proof of Works verification process with subcontractors.

- Knowledge of statutory rules and regulations
- Carpentry trade certificate or certificate IV or V in building studies
- Experience or training in Man Management
- Proven ability to effectively communicate requirements with contractors, suppliers and clients etc
- Previous experience with local or other Government departments
- Commitment to work 3 days per week for a 12 weeks period
