Your new role
This banking firm is looking for a Security Operations Centre Analyst to join a high-performing customer-focused team supporting retail banking environments. This role is ideal for individuals with call centre, retail, or customer service experience, including university students, who are looking for reliable, ongoing work with structured rosters and extensive training.

You will play a critical role in monitoring security incidents, responding to alarms and CCTV alerts, and liaising with internal teams and external service providers to ensure the safety of staff, customers and property.
What you'll need to succeed

- Monitor security systems including alarm panels and CCTV for CBA retail locations
- Communicate with on-site staff to confirm and assess security alerts




- Identify issues displayed on alarm and monitoring systems
- Coordinate technicians when CCTV or security systems are not functioning
- Escalate incidents and liaise with an IT Service Desk when required
- Maintain accurate incident reporting and system records
