About the business and the role

Zokal Safety Training is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and leading provider of nationally-accredited training in Working at Heights, Confined Space, Tower Rescue, Fire safety, Low Voltage Rescue & CPR, Elevating Work Platform (EWP). Due to business growth we are looking to add further quality trainers to our Newcastle operation.

Required Skills and experience

- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment TAE40116

- Have 2 or more years' experience in an RTO environment delivering courses listed above

- Demonstrated current industry experience and currency in courses listed above

- Valid Driver's Licence and a willingness to travel and tow a trailer

- Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously

- Outstanding attention to detail





- Must be highly motivated with the ability to develop positive relationships with a wide range of stakeholders both internal and externally.

- Well-developed written, oral and interpersonal communication skills

- Microsoft Office Suite skills to intermediate level

- Knowledge and understanding of ASQA standards, legislation, and policies specific to RTO operations

The successful applicant will be local to Newcastle and able to deliver our suite of courses and have a suitable background and previous experience in this area.
