About the Role
You will be joining a dynamic team and be providing leadership within the Lifestyle program that supports and is catered to the needs of the current residents. You will be required to plan, implement and evaluate the recreational and leisure program within the facility.
Use principles of person-centred care to plan and implement innovative programs that meet the interests of this diverse group of residents.
To collaborate with lifestyle staff and NDIS workers for enhanced outcomes for residents.
Ensures the safety of residents whist participating in activities and report any incidents or near misses.
Classifications for this position will range from HS2 - HS20 ($66,768 - $70,106 per annum pro rata) plus an additional overaward to be negotiated based on experience)
Your Contribution
Certificate 1V in Leisure and Lifestyle
Current Victorian Driver's License
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willing to obtain

Prague House is a 45-bed aged care facility that cares for people who have been homeless or at serious risk of homelessness. Many residents have an acquired brain injury, a history of substance misuse, a mental health diagnosis or a combination thereof.
