Now, here's the fun part: we're not your typical pharmacy. We have two departments, one providing community pharmacy services to the local community, and the other creating tailored medications for our patients. Compounding is our unique niche within the pharmacy industry, and we're looking for someone who's up for the challenge of formulating current medications and providing a holistic approach to healthcare.

Don't worry if you don't have compounding experience - we provide significant internal training to all our staff, regardless of their experience level. We're all about learning, growing, and having fun while doing it!

As a key team member,



you'll be working with six experienced pharmacists who have years of experience in aged care, professional services, and production. You'll need to have excellent patient counseling skills, be able to manage your time effectively, and have experience with computer skills, including point of sale.

You'll also be involved in various quality control and assurance systems throughout the pharmacy and work closely with doctors to ensure patients receive the best possible care. Plus, you'll get to use a range of technology platforms, including RXONE, NCC Portal, Zendesk, and Aircall.

We're looking for someone with a degree in Pharmacy, current registration with AHPRA, and an interest in Holistic healthcare. Pharmaceutical compounding training and experience are preferred but not essential. We'll provide external compounding training paid for by NCC, which will enable you to operate the role successfully and upskill your skill base.
