About you

Key Roles and Responsibilities

- Welcome and greet staff and visitors with a friendly smile
- Prepare coffee from start to finish
- Adjust and monitor coffee grind daily for the perfect brew
- Clean and maintain café equipment and ensure it’s working efficiently
- Take inventory and manage café supply orders
- Bulk coffee preparation for company events
- Maintain high standards of food safety and kitchen cleanliness
- Unpack catered lunches and tidy up afterwards

Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

- Previous barista experience is essential
- Energetic, positive, and can-do attitude
- Excellent verbal communication and relationship-building skills
- Solid attention to detail and ability to work autonomously
- Comfortable standing, walking, and bending for extended periods
- Reliable, trustworthy, and committed to delivering exceptional service
