Job Description

- Prepare and present a variety of menu items with creativity and in line with hotel standards and cost control.

- Supervise the kitchen team when Head and Sous Chefs are absent, delegating duties to ensure service excellence.

- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, stock control, and food safety across your section.

Qualifications





- Previous experience in a similar role within a hotel or high-volume restaurant.

- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to supervise and support team members.

- Excellent food preparation knowledge, attention to detail, and commitment to hygiene and efficiency.
