About the Centre
Sunkids Mermaid Waters caters for 162 children from 6 weeks to school age throughout contemporary learning environments designed specifically for each age group.

If you have the desire to:

- Lead a room with confidence whilst providing support to other Educators in the room

- Develop trusting relationships with families through regular, honest and open communication regarding the care of their children

- Nurture and develop our team members so they confidently contribute to our children’s learning

- Develop, plan, implement and evaluate quality educational programs whilst ensuring compliance with EYLF and NQS are met or exceeded





- Use your prior leadership experience to mentor Educators to develop and implement inspirational programs that help children achieve learning outcomes

Qualifications

- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, Bachelor of Early Childhood Education, or actively working towards

- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Asthma Management Certificates

- Current Blue Card
