About the role
We’re looking for a skilled Pedagogical Leader, with significant sector
experience and excellent organisational skills, to join the Early Learning
team. You will leverage your deep understanding of pedagogy and
well -developed leadership skills to implement key pedagogical priorities
across Gowrie Victoria, improving capability and educational practice and
leading to better outcomes for children. As an experienced ECT and leader
within the sector, you’ll provide development and training opportunities, including
identifying and supporting emerging leaders in pedagogy, research and
evaluation.
As Pedagogical Leader, you will work closely with our Head
of Curriculum and Practice, our Educational Leaders and Adult Learning team to
embed research and frameworks in pursuit of our strategic goals. Your knowledge
of contemporary practice and strong written communication skills will allow you
to contribute to journal articles, professional publications and tenders.
