Business Development & Employer Partnerships (90%)
• Hunter Role: Proactively target and engage large corporations hiring 20+ employees monthly, pitching our trained candidates as their next hires.
• Employer Relationships: Build and nurture partnerships through cold outreach and appointment setting.
• Labor Market Intelligence: Research high-demand sectors and tailor candidate pitches to employer needs.
• Training Program Advocacy: Market our training programs to government agencies, NDIS clients, and not-for-profit organisations.
• Healthcare/Disability Growth (NDIS): Actively promote our emerging healthcare/disability services to NDIS clients/providers, aged care facilities, and allied health employers.
• KPls & Reporting:
Deliver daily reports on outreach, employer engagement, placements and cold calling activities.
Operational Support (10%)
• Coordinate between candidates, employers, and internal teams (training, compliance, onboarding).
• Assist management with operations, documentation, and ad-hoc tasks as needed.
• Strong attention to detail, proactive, high initiatives, valuable problem-solving skills and able to work independently
• Maintain CRM and track employer contacts, deals, and pipeline progress.
