Social Media & Digital Marketing:
• Scheduling and posting content on social media accounts, including Instagram and Facebook



• Repurposing content into reels, carousels, posts and stories



• Creating social media graphics using Canva



• Writing captions aligned with brand tone and Australian compliance guidelines



• Basic video editing for short-form content (Reels)



• Supporting monthly promotions, campaigns and launches



• Assisting with email marketing (Mailchimp)



• Maintaining content calendars and marketing assets



• Monitoring engagement and reporting insights





Website SEO & Online Visibility:



• Assisting with on-page SEO optimisation (titles, meta descriptions, headings)



• Keyword research focused on local search (e.g. Bunbury & surrounding areas)



• Optimising website content for service-based searches



• Improving internal linking and content structure



• Ensuring website content is SEO-friendly and user-focused



• Monitoring basic SEO performance (rankings, impressions, traffic)



• Assisting with Google Business Profile optimisation and updates
