• Set up, optimize, and manage Instagram and TikTok accounts, including profiles, bios, links, highlights, and branding, with a strong focus on driving users into in-app social experiences.



• Support the rollout of Meet the Mentors as an in-app experience within social media platforms, ensuring links, flows, and calls-to-action work seamlessly inside Instagram and TikTok browsers.



• Create and schedule consistent short-form content (posts, reels, TikTok videos) to:



- Promote mentors



- Highlight the Word of the Day feature



- Build anticipation for Stage One and upcoming group sessions



• Understand and work within the limitations and behaviors of social media in-app browsers, optimizing captions, links, and formats to maximize clicks, engagement, and completion.



• Manage basic community engagement (comments and messages) using approved tone and safety guidelines.



• Track and share simple weekly performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth, link clicks), with brief observations on what’s working.



• Support staged launch moments by aligning content to key milestones

• Minimum 2 years of experience in managing Instagram and/or TikTok for a brand, startup, or personal project, with evidence of growing engagement from a low or zero starting point.

• Strong short-form content creation skills,



including basic video editing and simple graphic design using tools such as CapCut, Canva, or similar.
• Clear, confident written English, with the ability to write natural, human-sounding captions and community responses that align with brand tone and safety guidelines.
• Practical understanding of social media in-app browsers and linking behavior, including how users move from posts and stories into in-app experiences.
• Comfortable working with simple performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth, clicks) and adjusting content based on results.
