• Answer inbound phone calls professionally and courteously



• Triage calls, take accurate messages, and prioritize urgent matters



• Book client consultations and manage appointment schedules



• Handle current enquiry calls and schedule initial consultations



• Update CRM with call outcomes, notes, and follow-up actions



• Maintain clear boundaries and escalate all migration-related questions appropriately
