The Role
As a Second Early Childhood Teacher you will:

- Design, implement, and evaluate educational programs for our children.

- Motivate and lead a team of educators within the Kindy Room.

- Develop strong relationships with families, children, team members and the community.

- Support the centre to meet or exceed the National Quality Standards.

- Have a strong understanding of the EYLF, NQS and QKLG.

What You’ll Bring

- Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or currently studying towards it)

- Current Blue Card

- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certificates

- A sound understanding of the EYLF, NQS, and QKLG

- A genuine passion for early learning and collaboration
