About the Centre
Sunkids Mermaid Waters is a stunning, purpose-built centre catering for 163 children aged 6 weeks to school age.
Our centre features 9 modern, fully serviced learning rooms, each thoughtfully designed to foster discovery, creativity, and belonging for every age group.
About the Role
We’re looking for a passionate Senior Educator to join our dedicated team and help inspire a lifelong love of learning in every child.
In this role, you will:
- Create and deliver stimulating learning environments where children can thrive
- Support your team and assist with daily centre practices
- Document children’s learning and developmental progress
- Build warm,
positive relationships with families and colleagues
- Help the centre meet and exceed National Quality Standards
What You’ll Bring
- Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or currently studying towards it)
- Current Blue Card
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certificates
- A sound understanding of the EYLF, NQS, and QKLG
- A genuine passion for early learning and collaboration
