This is a newly launched, institutionally backed renewable energy platform developing, owning and operating solar, battery storage and versatile gas assets across Australia and New Zealand. With a substantial development pipeline, contracted hyperscale PPAs, and live M&A; activity, the business is growing fast and the finance function is being built from the ground up.
We're looking for a Senior Accountant to join a lean Melbourne-based finance team, reporting directly to the Finance Controller.
What you'll do:
- Month‑end close across multiple SPVs
- Intercompany accounting and reconciliations
- Capex tracking and cost capitalisation
- Cash flow support and reporting
- Audit, GST/BAS compliance
- Process improvement and controls — building from scratch
What we're looking for:
- CPA or CA qualified with 4–7+ years of experience
- Strong multi‑entity accounting background
- Experience in infrastructure, renewables or project finance environments preferred
- Hands‑on, proactive, and comfortable operating in a lean, high‑growth team
