Elite Staffing Solutions is recruiting experienced Boners / Deboners on behalf of an Australian-leading and well-known food brand based in Dandenong.

Available Shifts
Day Shift | 6:00am – 2:36pm | Monday to Friday $32.95/hr, increasing to $38.09/hr upon successful completion of training.

Afternoon Shift | 3:00pm – 11:00pm | Monday to Friday $36.90/hr, increasing to $42.74/hr upon successful completion of training.

Ongoing work, subject to performance and business requirements.

Own Transport Essential
You MUST have your own reliable transport. NO public transport is available to the site, so you must be able to independently travel to and from work for all rostered shifts.

Skills & Experience:

- We are looking for candidates who have.
- Strong and proven knife-handling skills – ESSENTIAL.
- Previous experience in meat, poultry, smallgoods or butchery environments.
- Experience with boning, deboning, trimming or meat processing.
- Valuable knowledge of meat cuts and processing techniques.
- Experience handling raw meat products.
- Ability to work in a cold-temperature environment.




- Relevant overseas experience is welcome – Australian experience is not essential.
- Full working rights in Australia.
- Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene and workplace safety.
- Ability to follow instructions and production procedures.
- Reliability, flexibility and a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities:

- Safely and efficiently debone chicken carcasses.
- Maintain required product quality and production standards.
- Inspect raw materials against quality specifications.
- Perform trimming, cutting and other processing duties.
- Handle raw products in a cold-temperature environment.
- Maintain a clean, hygienic and organised work area.
- Follow food safety, hygiene and WHS procedures.
- Identify and report hazards or quality issues.
- Work efficiently within a fast-paced production environment.
