Your new role:
Join the Bayside Acute Care Team (ACT) and provide high-quality, person-centred mental health care in an outpatient setting. You will undertake clinical assessment, therapeutic intervention, care planning and discharge support while working closely with consumers, families, carers and a multidisciplinary team.
You will also contribute to clinical education, student supervision, quality improvement and research, while developing your clinical expertise and supporting positive outcomes for consumers.

You are a compassionate and motivated mental health professional who brings sound clinical judgement, strong communication skills and a genuine commitment to delivering safe, person-centred care. You will have:

The Bayside Acute Care Team (ACT) is a part of Metro South Addictions and Mental Health Services. ACT obtains service requests from the local 1300 MH CALL tele triage, Emergency departments and other mental health services based upon urgency and prioritisation of care. ACT provides multidisciplinary mental health service to consumers with acute care needs in a community setting.
