As the Clinical Nurse Educator (CNE) - Anaesthetics at Shoalhaven Memorial Hospital, you will provide leadership in education and professional development for nursing staff working within the Anaesthetic Service. You will design, deliver and evaluate evidence-based education programs, facilitate orientation and competency development, and support staff to build the clinical knowledge and skills required in a complex perioperative environment. Working collaboratively with anaesthetists, nursing leaders and multidisciplinary teams, you will promote best practice, support workforce capability and contribute to the delivery of safe, high-quality patient care. This permanent full-time position offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced perioperative nurse with a passion for education, mentorship and continuous improvement.

is the main referral hospital for the , providing emergency care, medical, surgical, mental health and orthopaedic services. The hospital has an Intensive Care Unit focusing on ventilated, high dependency and coronary patients, Children's Ward and Maternity Unit, as well as a purpose-built regional Cancer Care Centre.
