The Role:

This isn't just a service role; it's a leadership seat in a high-performing NSW ops team. If you know your way around pumps, people, and P&Ls;, and you're ready to drive safety, performance, and customer satisfaction, this one's got your name on it. This role is based out of the Head Office in Fairfield, but you will be also tasked with seeing customers and sites on a regular basis. Day-to-day duties involve:

- Leading a tight-knit team of techs, schedulers, sales and estimators
- Owning the day-to-day - from pump inspections to fault diagnosis, quoting, installs, and rebuilds
- Driving safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction across the board




- Shaping KPIs, mentor apprentices, and keep the P&L; humming
- Being the go-to for emergency field support and technical escalation

The Candidate:

We're looking for someone that knows, all about submersible pumps and has experience managing a quick-paced team within this industry. An acute understanding of scheduling, operations, sales and service would be required to perform this role. Ideally what you would bring to the role is:

- Hands-on pump experience (inspection, repair, rebuild, installation and servicing)
- Leadership experience, managing sales, service and scheduling/administration
- A knack for juggling priorities, people, and performance metrics
- Calm under pressure, sharp with customers, and fluent in WHS
