We are partnering with a market-leading Credit Hire specialist based in Hurstville to find an enthusiastic Claims Consultant. This is not just a processing role; it is an investigative, analytical position where you determine liability to help drive the recovery process.
The Opportunity

Joining a high-energy team, you will manage a portfolio of motor vehicle claims to assess liability. You will be the investigator on the file-assessing evidence to determine who is at fault and ensuring the business can successfully recover costs.

Salary: $65,000 - $70,000 + Super * Full-time permanent opportunity

Location: Hurstville, close to public transport and parking nearby

Flexibility: Hybrid workflow (Work from home Mondays & Fridays once fully trained).

Start Date: ASAP
What You'll Be Doing

Liability Assessment: Reviewing accident details and evidence to determine eligibility and at-fault status.

Stakeholder Management: Liaising directly with insurers, repairers, and third parties to confirm liability and progress claims.

Portfolio Management: Maintaining accurate, up-to-date claim files to ensure maximum recoverability.

Strategic Thinking: Balancing customer care with the commercial reality of claim recovery.
