Ayan Infotech are looking for a range of AI candidates with below listed skills for contract job opportunities in Sydney.

Due to the nature of the work involved, we can only consider candidates who hold full unrestricted work rights in Australia.

Titles: AI Agents Lead, AI Change Manager, AI Solution Architect, Senior Data Scientist
Location: Sydney
Type: Contract (3-6 months, possibly extend 12 months)
Work arrangement: Preferably hybrid

Required Skills and Experience:

Role 1 - Agenti AI Lead (3 months + extend 6-12 months)

Own the rollout of M365 Copilot across the organisation and lead the build of safe, highvalue, high impact AI agents. Translate business needs into agent use cases, Champion best in class prompting practices and orchestrate the delivery of the AI Agents roadmap securely, measurably, and at scale.

- Project lead for Copilot. Coordinate enterprise rollout, sequencing cohorts, perks baselining, enablement, and telemetry.
- Agentic AI. Hyper-automation supported by AI Agents. Own roadmap, intake pipeline, and delivery quality for conversational and automation agents (Copilot Studio / Power Automated and other platforms). Contribute to the solution design standards and AI Agent Technical framework. If an automation is made possible or made feasible by the use of Agentic AI then it falls under the remit of AI Agents.
- Prompting excellence. Curate prompt patterns and guardrails, coach teams embed best practices into templates, training, and review checklists. As part of AI Literacy program and
- Business engagement. Partner with business team to first identify and then prioritise high-value use cases. Convert pain points into agent designs with clear success metrics.
- Capability uplift by contributing to the AI Champions network, deliver training, Ai playbooks and mentoring internal builders.
- Controls and compliance. Ensure that privacy, security,



and responsible AI controls as defined by Responsible AI are followed and (AIIA, data boundaries, human-in-the-loop, monitoring).
- Platform/product management. Coordinate with Microsoft, IT service owner and other vendors to identify upcoming features of value to be added to the roadmap. Coordinate with M365 service owners to ensure platform setup, controls, and other platform features contribute to an enhanced user experience (and do not take from the user experience or product features).
- Benefits realisation. Establish baselines, define KPIs, and publish outcome dashboards to exec sponsors and the AI Steering Committee.

Role 2 - AI Change Manager (6 months, + extensions to 12 months)

Skills & experience required

- At least seven years in organisational change management, with a track record of delivering change on enterprise technology or digital transformation programs.
- Grounding in a recognised change method such as Prosci or ADKAR, used from start to finish on large rollouts.
- Real experience driving take-up of AI, automation or a major SaaS platform across a sizeable workforce.
- Confident stakeholder and executive communication, at ease influencing both senior leaders and frontline staff.
- A background in training or curriculum design and in building champion or community-of-practice networks.
- Comfortable reshaping operating models and roles, and setting the measures that show adoption and value.
- Happy working with ambiguity and pace in a fast-moving technology environment.

Role 3 - AI Solutions Architect (6 months, + extensions to 12 months)

Skills & experience required





- At least eight years in solution or software architecture, including AI or machine learning, automation or integration-heavy work.
- A track record designing enterprise integrations across several systems, using APIs, events and data pipelines.
- Hands-on knowledge of AI and agent platforms such as Azure AI or Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot Studio or Power Platform, and agent-orchestration frameworks.
- A strong security architecture background covering identity, least privilege and data protection.
- Experience setting reusable patterns, standards and reference architectures for a delivery team to follow.
- The judgement to balance speed of delivery against reliability, scalability and governance.
- Clear communication that bridges business needs and technical design and carries stakeholders along.

Role 4 - Senior Data Scientist (6 months, + extensions to 12 months)
- 7+ years' applied data science, with a track record of models deployed to production and adopted by the business.
- Expert in Python (pandas, scikit-learn and related ML/stats libraries) and SQL, with a strong foundation in timeseries forecasting, regression, classification and clustering.
- Hands-on experience with an enterprise ML platform (Azure ML or equivalent AutoML) and a cloud data warehouse (Snowflake or equivalent).
- Proven MLOps discipline - model deployment, batch-prediction pipelines, monitoring, drift detection and retraining.
- Working experience on Microsoft Azure (e.g. Azure ML, Azure DevOps, storage and compute services).
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and data storytelling - able to turn technical results into commercial decisions and present with confidence to executives.
- Degree in a quantitative discipline (Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering or Data Science) or equivalent experience.
