You'll join a growing team where:

- Your voice counts - Directors and managers are hands-on and approachable.
- Real advancement opportunities - We're expanding and need future leaders.
- In-house engineering team - Collaborate with four engineers and receive mentorship from two full-time RPEQ seniors.

What You'll Be Doing:

- Leading smaller projects from start to finish.
- Collaborating closely with the Engineering Manager on larger developments, like a regional hospital.
- Mentoring graduates and cadets-yes, you'll be the senior person!
- Engaging in the details of design and construction across health, pharmaceutical, and retail sectors.
- Learning Revit (we'll teach you if you need it).
- Working on projects that turn around in 12-18 months-no dragging on forever!

What We're Looking For:
The Essentials:

- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.




- 2-4 years of mechanical building services engineering experience.
- Contractor or consulting experience (contractor experience is preferred).
- A desire to grow with the company, not just collect a paycheck.

The Nice-to-Haves:

- Revit experience (we'll train you if you don't have it).
- Local Brisbane/Queensland experience.

The Must-Haves (Personality-wise):

- Ready to be in the office five days a week (they value collaboration and learning).
- Willing to learn and ask questions.
- Not focused on fancy titles-they care more about what you can do.

What's In It For You:

Package: $100,000 - $130,000 + Super (salary based on your experience) + Toll Tag if needed.
Equipment: Laptop and all necessary tools.
Growth: Clear path to senior roles and RPEQ registration, learning from one of Brisbane's top engineers.
Environment: Cooperative space with engineers, drafters, and cadets. Flexibility: Understanding of personal commitments-doctor's appointments, family needs, etc.

Our client is a 20-year-old company with about $30M in revenue, aiming to grow to $50M. They're in that sweet spot between startup and corporate machine. They handle everything from construction to service and are building something special in the Tier 2 contractor space.
