Level 3 Senior Service Desk Engineer

Join a high performing MSP delivering infrastructure support across a diverse client base. This is a hands on Level 3 role supporting enterprise on prem and hybrid environments where strong managed services experience is essential.
What you’ll do
- Provide advanced support across Windows Server environments including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy and Exchange (on prem and hybrid)
- Manage and support virtualisation platforms including VMware and Hyper V
- Support network infrastructure across LAN, WAN, firewalls and VPN connectivity
- Administer backup and recovery platforms such as Veeam, Rubrik, Cove and Commvault, including DR readiness
- Support Microsoft 365, SharePoint and Azure integrations within hybrid environments
- Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues,
lead major incidents and perform root cause analysis
- Work across MSP tooling including N central, Autotask and endpoint security platforms
- Deliver high quality support aligned to SLAs across multiple customer environments
What you’ll bring
- 5+ years in infrastructure or senior service desk roles within an MSP environment
- Solid experience across servers, networking and virtualisation in multi client environments
- Solid Microsoft 365 and hybrid infrastructure experience
- Exposure to backup, security best practice and ITIL aligned processes
- Scripting or automation experience (PowerShell desirable)
