Discover the Role

As a Senior Executive, Corporate Secretarial Services, you will be a trusted advisor to clients on corporate governance and statutory compliance matters. You will oversee a portfolio of companies, ensuring all corporate records, filings, and regulatory obligations are managed accurately and efficiently.

This role combines technical company secretarial expertise with client relationship management. You will collaborate with internal teams, support business growth through client onboarding, and help organizations maintain strong governance standards. The position also offers opportunities to mentor junior colleagues and further develop your expertise in corporate compliance and corporate governance within a dynamic professional services environment.





Key Responsibilities

- Manage a portfolio of corporate secretarial clients and act as their primary point of contact.
- Provide company secretarial and corporate governance support to a portfolio of local and international entities.
- Lead and coordinate client onboarding activities, ensuring timely completion of required documentation and compliance checks.
- Prepare, review, and process engagement letters, proposals, and corporate secretarial documents.
- Maintain strong client relationships and deliver excellent client service.
- Coordinate annual compliance requirements, including annual reviews, business registration renewals, and statutory filings.
- Ensure client reporting deadlines and regulatory obligations are met within agreed timelines.
- Prepare board resolutions, minutes, statutory forms, and other company secretarial documentation.
- Maintain and update statutory registers, corporate records, and client databases.
- Work closely with internal teams regarding client billing, invoicing, and operational matters.
- Support process improvements and contribute to service excellence initiatives.
- Mentor and guide junior team members where required.
- Undertake additional duties and projects as assigned.

Key Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, ICSA qualification, or equivalent professional qualification.




- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant corporate secretarial experience, preferably within a professional services environment.
- Strong knowledge of corporate governance principles and statutory compliance requirements.
- Experience managing corporate secretarial portfolios and interacting directly with clients.
- Familiarity with company secretarial software and corporate databases is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance obligations.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
