Customer Service & Retail Sales – Gym Quip Fitness & Spas

Type: Full-time (rotating weekends)

Join the team at Gym Quip Fitness & Spas, Canberra's leading retailer of premium fitness equipment and Hot Spring Spas. We're looking for a motivated and friendly team member to deliver exceptional service to our customers both in-store and online.

Your role will include:

- Handling web orders and online customer enquiries
- Providing expert in-store product advice and sales support
- Liaising with customers before and after sales
- Assisting with showroom presentation and general admin

- A happy, positive attitude and professional approach
- Strong attention to detail and a customer-first mindset




- Willingness to work weekends on a 4-week rotating roster, with availability over the Christmas / New Years Period.
