About the Chance
We are seeking passionate and experienced Occupational Therapists to join our Allied Health network as independent contractors, delivering NDIS-funded services across Melbourne's North West.
This is an chance to build a meaningful NDIS caseload while supporting people experiencing psychosocial disability, mental health challenges and complex needs to achieve their goals, increase independence and improve wellbeing.

What you'll do
As a contractor with Mind, you will deliver high-quality, recovery-focused NDIS services including:
- Delivering assessments, therapeutic interventions and recommendations aligned with participants' NDIS goals and individual needs.
- Supporting participants to build capacity, increase independence and achieve meaningful outcomes.
- Completing functional assessments, reports and recommendations to support participant goals and NDIS plan reviews.
- Delivering services through a combination of telehealth, community outreach and in-person appointments.
- Working collaboratively with participants, families, carers, Support Coordinators and other stakeholders.
- Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and records in line with NDIS requirements, professional standards and legislative obligations.
- Independently managing referrals, service delivery and caseload priorities.
What you'll bring
- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy.
- Current AHPRA registration.
- Demonstrated experience delivering services within the NDIS framework is essential.
- Experience supporting people experiencing psychosocial disability, mental ill health, complex needs and/or co-occurring conditions.
- Robust skills in assessment, clinical reasoning, therapeutic intervention and recovery-oriented practice.
- Ability to work autonomously while managing clinical documentation and administrative responsibilities.
- Experience working collaboratively with participants, families, carers and multidisciplinary teams.

- ABN and capacity to invoice as a contractor
- Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance
- Working With Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- National Police Check
- Unrestricted driver's licence and roadworthy vehicle
