- Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure high service standards
- Manage staff recruitment, training, rostering, and performance
- Monitor food quality, presentation, and consistency
- Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally
- Implement and maintain workplace health & safety and food safety standards
- Manage inventory, stock ordering, supplier coordination, and cost control
- Assist with budgeting, financial reporting, and achieving sales targets
- Develop and execute marketing or promotional activities
- Maintain a clean, welcoming, and efficient environment for customers and staff
Skills & Experience Required
- At least 2 years of restaurant or hospitality management experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage a team in a fast-paced setting
- Knowledge of food safety, WHS, and daily restaurant operations
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer service mindset
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
- Experience in Asian or Western cuisine restaurants is highly regarded (optional line)
