Total Tools Kewdale a well established tool retailer, is looking for a Full time Retail Assistant who has a passion for tools and trades. The position will suit a motivated individual with strong attention to detail and a focus on customer service.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Processing sales transactions
- Advise customers on products and services
- Build relationships with customers and be able to identify their needs
- Maintain store displays and ensure store is well presented
- Be an effective team player
- Processing and maintaining customer orders
Is this you?
- Have a previous retail and/or trade experience is preferred but not essential
- Has worked with, understands, and has a passion for tools
- Enthusiastic and highly motivated
- Comfortable with technology
- Available to work weekdays, weekends and some public holidays
- Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service
