The Role:

Due to the construction workflow within LGA’s – Tweed Shire Council, Gold Coast City & Byron we are actively seeking both a Building Certifier (Level 3) & Building Inspector (Level 4) to join our client’s team.

About You & Your Responsibilities

- Strong understanding of building codes & standards
- National Construction Code & BCA
- Self-managed to deliver outcomes to optimum timelines
- Proactive nature offering suggestions for continuous business improvement
- Strong desire to work with a focused and collaborative team
- Ensuring work aligns with the NCC and Australian Standards




- Collaborative liaison within office, with builders and contractors onsite
- Must hold all qualifications, licences & association memberships relevant to role you apply
