This is a varied, hands-on position where you'll work closely with customers to identify and supply the right parts while supporting the day-to-day operations of the branch.
Key Responsibilities
- Interpreting and sourcing truck parts for customers
- Providing exceptional customer service over the phone and in person
- Processing sales orders and customer enquiries
- Picking, packing and dispatching orders
- Assisting with stock control and inventory management
- Working collaboratively with the wider branch team
- Building robust relationships with customers and suppliers
