We're excited to welcome a Pharmacist to our Pharmacy department.

The position will provide high level pharmaceutical services to the patients of Sunshine Coast Health in accordance with their needs and the policies and priorities of the health service. The position will ensure the safe, effective, judicious use of medicines across the continuum of care, whilst remaining compliant with relevant regulatory statues and promoting the efficient use of public resources.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver general level clinical pharmacy services throughout the patient journey within a rostered clinical area or in the dispensary.
- Document patient admissions (inclusive of a best possible medication history), conducting clinical medication reviews, and collaboratively formulating medication management plans.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, ensuring a holistic and multidisciplinary approach to patient care within the hospital.

Remuneration value up to $132 567 p.a., comprising salary between $80 015 - $116 189 p.a., employer contribution to superannuation (12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (HP3).
