You'll step into an established desk with strong client relationships and an active candidate network, giving you a solid platform to build on, grow and make your own.

What you'll be doing

- Manage end-to-end recruitment across Life Sciences & operations roles
- Develop new business and identify opportunities within existing accounts
- Build and maintain trusted, long-term client relationships




- Develop a strong pipeline of quality candidates
- Partner with the wider team to share market insights, leads and opportunities
- Represent HPG at client meetings, networking events and industry functions

About you
You're an experienced 360 recruiter who enjoys the autonomy of managing your own desk, but also values being part of a cooperative team.
You know how to build strong client and candidate relationships, you're commercially minded, and you enjoy spotting opportunities and turning them into results.
You don't need to come from healthcare or life sciences recruitment, if you're curious about the sector, willing to learn and bring solid recruitment experience, we'd love to hear from you.
