Description
As Strategy Performance Analyst, you will support strategic and annual planning, performance reporting, data analysis and stakeholder engagement.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinate planning, reporting and governance activities
- Maintain KPIs, Balanced Scorecards, dashboards and reporting
- Analyse data to identify trends, risks and opportunities
- Conduct research, benchmarking and environmental scanning
- Prepare reports, insights and briefing materials for senior stakeholders
- Maintain accurate planning and reporting documentation
- Work with stakeholders to gather information, resolve issues and meet deadlines
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting and planning processes
This role requires someone proactive,
self-sufficient and comfortable working with minimal supervision. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential.
Profile
We are looking for a proactive and analytical professional with:
- Experience in strategy, planning, performance, reporting or analysis
- Solid data analysis and reporting capability
- Experience with KPIs, dashboards or Balanced Scorecards
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisation
- Strong Excel skills; Power BI experience advantageous
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently
- Initiative to identify what needs to be done and take ownership
- Education experience is not mandatory, although experience in education, government, NFP or another complex organisation is beneficial
