Join an established Siemens delivery team as a Project Manager - Electrification & Automation, leading the successful delivery of medium and low voltage electrical systems and packaged solutions across a diverse range of markets, including utilities, renewables, mining, infrastructure, and data centres.
This is an opportunity to take ownership of projects from initial requirements clarification through to design, procurement, manufacture, FAT, delivery, installation, testing, and final verification. You'll work closely with customers, engineering teams, factories, and suppliers to develop practical, technically sound solutions that meet customer requirements while delivering strong commercial outcomes.
You'll be responsible for the overall performance of your projects, including project profitability and P&L;, contract compliance, variations and change management, risk management, quality, delivery milestones, and customer satisfaction. A key part of the role will be understanding customer needs, providing technical guidance and identifying opportunities to optimise solutions and project outcomes.
Working across internal engineering and factory teams, as well as external partners and suppliers, you'll coordinate resources and provide clear direction to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the required technical and commercial standards. You'll also represent Siemens throughout the project lifecycle, building strong customer relationships and providing transparent, timely reporting on project performance and risks.
You'll bring proven experience in project management and/or switchgear delivery management, with a track record of successfully delivering projects against customer, technical,
commercial and time requirements. You're a confident problem solver and communicator who can build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders while maintaining a clear focus on achieving reliable project outcomes.
Knowledge of medium and low voltage switchgear and associated electrical equipment will be highly advantageous, as will experience working with Siemens factories and/or third-party supply chains and procurement across relevant markets.
You'll be comfortable managing competing priorities, identifying and mitigating technical and commercial risks, and taking ownership of project outcomes from concept through to completion.
