- To support and manage complex projects and programs as the key client interface. Projects may include: Speculative suites and workplace fit-outs, End-of-trip facilities, Lobby upgrades
- To deliver leasing-driven capital projects for clients across a commercial property portfolio
- Independently manage multiple leasing and capital projects from initiation through to completion.
- Deliver projects safely, on time, within budget, and to client expectations.
- Coordinate consultants, contractors, landlords, tenants, and internal stakeholders.
- Manage project programmes and ensure critical leasing milestones are achieved.
- Monitor risks, budgets, procurement, and project reporting.
- Drive consistency, efficiency, and continuous improvement across the portfolio.
- Build robust relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
