About the Role

An exciting opportunity exists for a highly organised and customer-focused Conference & Events Sales Executive to join a busy Sales and Events team.

This role is responsible for managing reactive conference, event, catering, wedding, and group accommodation enquiries, ensuring a seamless booking experience from initial contact through to event completion. Working closely with internal departments, the successful candidate will deliver tailored event solutions, prepare quotations and contracts, coordinate banquet event orders, manage client communications, and ensure all event details are executed to the highest standard.

The position plays a key role in driving event revenue through proactive follow-up, upselling opportunities, relationship management, and exceptional customer service. Success in this role requires strong organisational skills, commercial awareness, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously within a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Your Skills and Experience

- Previous experience in conference and events, hotel sales, catering sales, or hospitality event coordination

- Solid administration, organisational,



and time management skills with excellent attention to detail

- Ability to manage multiple client enquiries, proposals, contracts, and event requirements concurrently

- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with a strong customer service focus

- Experience using hotel reservation, sales, or event management systems is highly desirable
