About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic Parts Interpreter to fill a full time position. This role involves selling truck parts to our customers and internal customers either in person via our front or back counter or over the phone. Our parts interpreters are the public face of our spare parts business; as such you will have a valuable work ethic and a desire to deliver great customer service to our customers. This role will suit a self-motivated person who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
Duties & Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service to our existing and new customers
Handle all parts sales and enquiries
Process all orders efficiently and accurately
Prepare detailed quotations for parts supply
Promote and up sell products
Assist in the warehouse when required
Work Saturday mornings on a rotating roster

Who you are

An experienced Parts Interpreter, ideally with a commercial vehicle background however candidates with a strong dealership background in the car industry should also apply.




A reliable and punctual person, you have a friendly approach and work well in a team.
Ideally you hold a current forklift licence.
You are keen to grow your skills base and experience, willing to take on tasks in all aspects of the operation of a dealership Parts Department.
