What you'll be doing
As an Enrolled Nurse, you'll play an important role in delivering protected, holistic and individualised care, working under the guidance and direction of a Registered Nurse.
Deliver and support the assessment,
planning and evaluation of quality nursing care to achieve individual patient outcomes.
Provide safe, evidence-informed care within your scope of practice, professional standards and NSW Health policies.
Communicate effectively with patients, families and the multidisciplinary team to support seamless continuity of care.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and escalate patient safety concerns, risks and incidents appropriately.
Prioritise and organise your workload effectively while maintaining high standards of patient care in a busy clinical setting.

Essential Requirements:
Registration: Current Registration as an Enrolled Nurse with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
Selection Criteria:
Demonstrated recent clinical experience relevant to the position
Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritise and organise own workload within the scope of practice of an Enrolled Nurse
Demonstrated effective clinical communication through the use of information technology, written and verbal means; and sound interpersonal skills including the ability to communicate with the multidisciplinary health care team
An understanding of patient centred care and demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of the multi-disciplinary health care team.
