About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Cloud & M365 Operations Specialist to provide technical leadership and operational oversight across global cloud services and Microsoft 365 environments. This role is responsible for ensuring stable, secure, and high-performing cloud operations while driving service improvements, automation, governance, and customer satisfaction. Working closely with internal stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams, you will play a key role in optimising cloud service delivery and supporting business-critical operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead operational delivery of cloud and M365 services
- Ensure service reliability, performance, and availability across cloud platforms
- Drive automation, self-service capabilities, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage incident resolution, disaster recovery, and service restoration activities
- Monitor service performance and customer satisfaction metrics
- Support cloud governance, compliance, and security requirements
- Manage licensing, vendor performance, and service contracts
- Oversee cloud operational processes, standards, and documentation
- Provide technical leadership and escalation support for complex issues
- Support audit activities and remediation of findings
- Collaborate with architecture and delivery teams to align services with strategic roadmaps




- Manage service risks, budgets, and operational expenditure

Skills and Experience Required

- Degree qualification in Information Management, Technology, or related discipline
- Extensive experience supporting enterprise cloud environments
- Advanced knowledge of Azure cloud services, infrastructure, and architecture
- Strong Microsoft 365 operations and administration experience
- Proven experience managing cloud operations and service delivery
- Strong understanding of ITIL principles and frameworks
- Experience managing vendors and outsourced service providers
- Knowledge of cloud security, governance, and compliance requirements
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
- Experience with performance reporting, process improvement, and automation initiatives
- Proficiency in Agile and Waterfall project delivery methodologies
