- Strong organisational, communication and relationship-building skills
- A genuine commitment to child safety, inclusion and high-quality educational outcomes
- The confidence to lead with warmth, accountability and professionalism
Most importantly, you will be a leader who is visible, approachable and genuinely passionate about creating a great environment for children, families and educators.
Why Join?
This is more than an operational leadership role. You will have the opportunity to lead a team, influence the culture of the service and make a meaningful difference to the experiences of children and families.
Located in Kew, the service offers an accessible inner-Melbourne location and the opportunity to join an organisation committed to quality early learning and its people.
