- The General Medical ward comprises 30 beds, including a Close Observation unit for patients requiring a higher level of care
- Medical services are provided by ward based doctors and VMO's including local General Practitioners who have admitting rights
- Patients with private health insurance are able to select any available Doctor with admmitting rights to look after them. A General Physician and a Gerontologist provide services in the general ward as well, along with a range of allied health services

Sunday, 25 October 2026 08:00 to 16:00 Day Shift

Sunday, 1 November 2026 08:00 to 16:00 Day Shift

Days are working alongside RMO and Consultant. Evenings are solo in-charge. May be required to be on call overnight for wards (Inpatients/Rehab) if unable to cover ED nights.



Remunerated 1 hour for being on call at booked rate. Reimbursed if called into the department.
