Role
We currently have an available position for a Permanent Full-time role in the Northern Territory.
This role provides an excellent opportunity to deliver exceptional care in a supportive community, while enjoying a relaxed tropical lifestyle and strong professional mentorship.
The Location
Our client is located in one of Australia’s most iconic regional locations. The town has even been singled out by a leading demographer as one of Australia's most cosmopolitan and vibrant towns with a young, transient and international population. Another compelling fact about the town is that it has the highest percentage of residents from the US of anywhere in Australia. This town is set to play an extraordinarily important role in the resources and tourism industries over the next decade as a de facto capital city of the interior of Australia.
The Facility
This is a 189 bed specialist teaching hospital servicing a population dispersed over 1.6 million square kilometres.
This dispersion provides unique and rewarding challenges in the delivery of a range of comprehensive health services. Opened in 1977 the hospital was extensively redeveloped in 2002 with further rectification work in 2009 and is complemented by a setting of superbly designed gardens and outdoor areas.
