Costa's Vertical Farming category brings together our premium glasshouse produce and mushroom businesses, supplying tomatoes, capsicums and mushrooms to major retailers and customers across Australia through advanced growing technologies, operational excellence and customer-focused strategies.

We are seeking a motivated graduate to join Costa's Work Health & Safety team based in Guyra, New South Wales. The role supports one of Australia's most advanced protected cropping operations and provides exposure to safety systems within a dynamic production environment.

This is a permanent full-time graduate opportunity where you'll combine structured development with hands-on WHS experience, supporting safety systems, risk management, compliance and continuous improvement initiatives.

Working alongside experienced WHS professionals and operational leaders, you'll contribute to initiatives that support employee wellbeing and help maintain safe and productive workplaces. This is a unique opportunity to launch your career in WHS while developing the skills, relationships and experience needed to build a long-term career within Costa.

About this position:

As a graduate within Costa's WHS team, you'll work across safety, compliance and operational activities that help create safer workplaces and positive safety outcomes.

Safety is more than policies and compliance. It's about understanding people, identifying risk, influencing behaviour and creating environments where everyone can perform at their best. This role provides the opportunity to develop those skills in one of Australia's leading horticultural businesses.

About you:

We're looking for graduates who are curious, proactive and passionate about creating safer workplaces. You may have recently completed (or be in your final year of) a degree in:

- Work Health & Safety
- Occupational Health & Safety
- Safety Science
- Risk Management
- Health Science
- Environmental Health
- Or a related discipline

You will also:

- Demonstrate strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Enjoy working across both office and operational environments
- Possess strong organisational and time management skills
- Demonstrate initiative and a continuous improvement mindset
- Be comfortable analysing information and solving problems
- Be curious, adaptable and eager to learn
- Work collaboratively with leaders and operational teams
- Hold a current Australian Driver's Licence
- Have full Australian working rights
