Key Responsibilities
- Perform end-to-end payroll processing in line with company policies and legislative requirements.
- Maintain payroll systems, employee records, and payroll data integrity.
- Process employee commencements, terminations, salary changes, bonuses, commissions, and payroll variations.
- Complete payroll reconciliations, leave audits, general ledger reconciliations, and month-end reporting activities.
- Prepare and submit payroll tax, superannuation, and statutory compliance reporting.
- Handle payroll-related enquiries and partner closely with HR, Finance, and other key stakeholders.
- Assist with payroll process improvements, system enhancements, and issue resolution.
- Provide administrative support and contribute to payroll-related projects as required.
About You
- Previous experience in a Payroll Officer or similar payroll position.
- Exposure to SAP, SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC), or Employee Central Payroll (ECP) is advantageous.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
- Sound knowledge of payroll legislation, including superannuation and payroll tax obligations.
- Excellent communication skills with a strong customer-service mindset.
